The needs of the group become more important than the needs of the individual. So for team work to work efficiently, each person need to put aside their own individual needs so as to achieve the objective of the group. My passionate appetite for revenge ruined me when Granny called my promised truck a dream. When the people in the group work with each other this is known as teamwork. Me & Granny became enemies the day she called my promised truck a dream. Teamwork happens when a group of individual people are brought together to achieve a common purpose or goal. The possibilities are limitless. Instead of going through a car window, i could've gone to tech school. Since i had a low paying convenience store job, i could've bought school books i studied 16 hours a day to get published as a freelancer. But i didn't team up with Granny. The opposite. Defied her advice. Partied & drank my head off. The needs of the group become more important than the needs of the individual. So for team work to work efficiently, each person need to put aside their own individual needs so as to achieve the objective of the group. Granny was an honor Grammar student. She would've been full of great resources. When the people in the group work with each other this is known as teamwork. But i was defiabt. i was a reprobate.  Teamwork on display at an air show. In school, i spent more time in the principal's office than my desk. For teams to work effectively, in other words, achieve the set goals they must make sure they follow some fundamental principles of teamwork, this is needed. Cooperation with each other – set aside personal differences. Cooperation takes compromise. The more carnal you are, the more stubborn you're sure to be. For a team to run smoothly the members must work together in an effective manner. I wrote "Teamwork" by Michael House with this premise. Teen bounty hunters catching crooks. & in "To See A Brother's Blood," a nerd joins a mob before he turns them in. Putting aside personal differences so that overall aim can be achieved. Humility is key. So is maturity. i'm a clown. That makes it very hard. The team needs to cooperate and collaborate with each other. If there are conflicts, then these need to be resolved by using principles as set out in the Bible. i 1000% revere the Bible. What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you?   James Ch.4:1 NIV There is an example. Humility is so needed. My boss was told family wanted me to go on my cousin's recital. 2 wks ahead time. I was still put on schedule. I quit the job. i was very adroit & diligent. Inherited that from Dad's dad & Mom. {Granny Lay & Papa House died 5 minutes apart separate causes.} Many people, including some believers of God, live only to make a good impression on others or maybe they live to just please themselves. Those 2 things are the quickest way to failure. Live to only please God no matter what.  This type of selfishness can cause problems when working in a group. Be a saint. Be a Christian. Be a spouse of God. Be a conversationalist with God. Be a good example. Be a blood bought role model. Paul therefore encourages the believers to have spiritual unity with each other and then work as one for the main purpose. The Apostles are great teachers. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Be tender, kind, holy, loving, unselfish, motivated, chirpy, smiley, laughable, & saintly. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.  Philippians Ch.2:3-4 Believers need to work as a team, caring for the problems of others as though they were our own problems. With this Christ like attitude the team of God’s workers will experience unity. Unity is sacred. Cooperation with each other – two is better than one. 225 rejections. That could be why i'm so interested in unity. i want to be single. As we go through life we learn many things. The 225 rejecters were very, very, very, very, very, very painful. That turns me from marriage. In the same way, the believer, as he reads through the Bible, learns wisdom. i've read the Bible 22 times. He may take this wisdom and apply it in his own life so as to make his life more meaningful. Bible reading makes you feel more meaningul. However, the Bible says that he shouldn’t keep all this information to himself. I am sharing what i feel. These are opinions. Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: if one falls down, his friend can help him up. Granny thought my friends should keep coming around though they were in college &, or marrying. She used my unmedicated temper tantrums as to why they disappeared. She never wanted me on meds. Then i got arrested. Police said i'll go to jail if i don't take my meds. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. I've NEVER slept overnight with a woman. But how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.  Ecclesiastes Ch.4:9-12 The thought of the man without dependants toiling pointlessly, suggests the thought that "two are better than one". Don't keep all your gains for yourself—share, be a team man (or woman) and how much fuller your life will be! I've never had a serious relationship. In the first century, it was a Jewish custom to travel in pairs, especially at night. To work in pairs is better, for they each can encourage and strengthen the other when they become downcast or depressed among strangers. Also one might take the glory to himself; and there might be a loss of love for the work through jealousy or dissension, as in the case of John Mark. God is speaking to me. "Two are better than one" appeared to be the guideline for the work of the Apostles in the first century. Two disciples were sent to find the colt. Peter and John were sent to prepare the Passover and were later sent together to Samaria. Paul and Barnabas were sent by the Church to Antioch and later when they had their dissension, each took a companion. I am getting edfiied. I am gay since 225 women rejected me. So teamwork was a vital part of the work of the apostles in the first century because of its numerous advantages. For this to work, it required cooperation between the two men. I pray to be a teleminister with a husband. The members of the ski team are committed to the objective of reaching the top of the mountain. Dedicated commitment to the objectives.
